3. Weekly maintenance:
(1) In order to keep the machine in good condition during operation and prolong its service life, to ensure the normal production of the machine, the daily maintenance is carried out by the operator as required, and the machine should be wiped and refueled at least once a week
(2) Add lubricating oil regularly to each lubrication point to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
(3) Before starting each time, you must first remove the debris in the machine's operating range, connect the air source and power source, start the machine, check the machine's operation, and then put it into production after it runs normally.
(4) Keep the machine clean as much as possible, and do a good job of maintaining the machine. If there is dirt, please wipe it with a soft dry cloth. All electrical components must be free of residue on the surface.
(5) If the machine will not be used for a long time, please wipe it clean and place it in a dry and ventilated environment. Do not store in a high temperature and high temperature place
